We're nestled between Brantingham and Tug Hill, New York, which are well known for it's mountain biking, hiking, fishing, snowmobiling, ATVing and hunting, to name a few of the many outdoor opportunities that await you. All seasonal activities are accessible from our front door. Many of the areas great restaurants are within a few minutes drive.
From Route 90 to exit 31, Utica, NY. After toll bear right onto Genesee Street, at first traffic light take a right. Approximately 50 yds. after that, turn right onto ramp heading to 790 west for approx. one mile. Exit for Route 12 North. Continue on Route 12 past Boonville, Port Leyden, Lyons Falls. Approximately 8 miles past Lyons Falls you will see Woodshills Market on the left, there is a sign for Glenfield on the right, turn right on Main Street, continue through the stop sign (Main Street turns into Blue Street). We are located at 6205 Blue Street, Glenfield, New York. Look for "The Golden Shamrock Bed & Breakfast" sign, approx. one mile from Route 12.
From Interstate 81 take Exit 42, Adams Center and Route 177 at the end of the exit ramp take a right at the stop sign continue through the traffic light onto Route 177 until you come to a stop sign which is the junction of 177 and Route 12. (It is 25 miles from the traffic light to the stop sign.) Take a right at the stop sign onto Route 12 South, proceed into the village of Lowville. At the first traffic light, make a right, approximately one mile bare left at the light/y in the road continuing on Route 12 South. In approximately 7 miles, you will see a sign for Glenfield. Turn left onto Blue Street, using the left turn lane. We are located one mile from Route 12.
